I've only ever been to Matador for their Happy Hour, and it's my go-to place if I need a big meal late at night with friends. The prices for the HH menu items are *such* good value - the quesadilla is large and definitely enough for a meal, and the nachos (also less than $10) are honestly enough for 2. I also like their brussels sprouts and tacos, though I get them less frequently. The main downside for the food I have is that it's a bit oily, so be aware of that.

I come here often. It's very good service when I come here I usually get the bar seat or sometimes you know at a table, but when I go to the bar, I always get welcome by this bartender name, Tyler. He is an amazing bartender here and knows what I want to drink And most of the time when I do go I go around happy hour because it's affordable. It's it's not typical Mexican food I had but it's good. I will continue to come here because the service is always good and the food is pretty good.

Interior is very nice. Food was very good, and so were the drinks. Attentive service.

The food here is just alright but nothing special. It gives off more of an upscale vibe than your typical Mexican restaurant and they have a large selection of tequilas so if that's your thing you may enjoy it. There are much better Mexican options around the area though iny opinion.

Love this place! Unlimited chips and salsa, say lessssss! I've been here numerous times with friends and my bf and food has always been consistent. Good service and attentive staff. The ambiance is casual and comfortable. Good for groups or couples. Great margs! Their taco salad tho, hefty and generous portion! Be prepared to share with one other person. Guac is okay to my taste, I usually ask for extra lime as I like my guac to be a little more acidic. Otherwise, great food. Their tacos are delish!

I don't know why this place received bad reviews from others but I like this place. The parking lot is small and the service is kind of slow but that is because this place serves a lot of food for a cheap price. I was able to get a gigantic order of nachos for $7. It was loaded with protein and toppings. I didn't even finish half of it. The Cadillac margarita was pretty good as well.

Love this place for late night happy hour, they're open until midnight on Fridays and have a great happy hour menu that starts early with cheap eats around $6-7. Compared to RBG down the street that starts HH at 11PM. However, it is very difficult to accommodate any groups over four people. I will say seating is very limited and they often have a long waitlist so you have to go early, give them your phone number and they text you when the table is ready. We haven't been able to successfully accommodate a party larger than six people at a single table and often have to break the party into 3-4 tables or wait 30 to 40 minutes. Sometimes we have to wait 30 minutes for a table for four! They have a small parking lot right behind the restaurant that we often get parking at or could park on street or one of the other empty lots. That being said, compared to all the other late night happy hour options, matador definitely has the best bang for your buck and quality of food. We always get some variation of their $7 grande nachos with added meat on top for an additional $3.50. The portion sizes are massive and 3 to 4 people could easily share if not that hungry otherwise two people could easily just get full on sharing one plate.
